Upgrading

So My frag tank is 10 inches tall by 48 wide by 96 long, i have mars aquas above it now but have been kicking around upgrading to kessils. Any pros or cons to them or any other recommendations? Really thinking kessils but just wanted to see what others thought

If you can update your post name. It is hard to tell what you are asking and this seems like a straight forward question that I am afraid you won't get many answers on. :(
