Noticed this web looking stuff all over my see grass can't figure out what it is or if it is harmful. Can someone please ID this stuff and let me know how to handle it. Thanks a lot R2R

It's on the bottom of the pic I posted looks like a cocoon of some sort but starting to grow all over the coral Between the sea grass and the rock
