White string on live rock

Can anyone please tell me what this is I have a 100 gallon tank that has been up for 6 weeks now it has been through its cycle and all my perimeters are in check It blows off easily with a Turkey baster and it is not coming from any tubes

Sounds like it’s just part of a cycle & will go away on its own in time.

Also look up chrysophytes algae, I went through that myself

Any luck? I’m now having this problem in an established tank. Sorry for not starting new thread.
