Dip and drip is always the safest best practice for any livestock, coral. Are they necessary well that's subjective but it's always best to err on the side of caution.

I believe for dipping they suggest waiting a day after you get the corals since they are stressed from shipping. Also each order comes with an acclimation guide that is pretty helpful.

Just do a search and then sort by price. If you are creative you can see lots of frags at the same time
