What can you guys tell me about chromis? I really like their color...

So bigger than a 125?

Maybe you'll have success in a 125, mine were in a 75 I think I had bought 6 or 7. The goal is to end up with one male and the rest female for long term success but don't ask me how to do that because I have no clue

Have you checked the back of the tank to make sure it didn't jump because they don't burrow in the sand like other Wrasses.

If it went behind my tank it would be in the floor and he's not there. I'm thinking he may have died and the cuc took care of him.

Yes recently they have had them at my lfs pretty regularly.

Hopefully just hiding, they are very hardy fish so hopefully still kicking.

They are probably the most prone fish to Uronema as well so something to look out for.

That reef looks like it's 5 years old! Excellent job Kevin, very impressive work.

It's so much more common in Chromis they just call it Chromis disease lol.

Happy reefing everyone. Been crazy around here. Washer, dryer and microwave all died att the same time. Tank is doing well, got one of my certifications done and working on a different one. Currently our power is ourlt and I'm getting ready to go buy a largwler generator. The tank is running on old reliable though so no worries there. Hope everyone is doing well!

I was thinking if I got some I could quarantine them.

Totally, I think it's fairly easy to spot the disease visually in QT and maybe if you spot more than 1 Male you can take it out. They are usually the one with the darkest colors if I remember correctly.

Pretty good, my digitata is super weird but other than that the tank is looking good! I need to clean the glass tomorrow.

I also need to go to my grandmas and evict a yellow jacket nest....could end bad for me ha
