I’m just going to start telling people I’m making a courageous decision (even though people would define it as stupid)

I want some now. But Chowder, my crocea clam might be a casualty. So I will need more photos of yours

good morning. cold down there? 23 this morning.
Are you guys supposed to be getting snow soon? I feel like the Upper East Coast has maybe a week of fall, and then it's on to the winter season. 😜

You’re a smart man and good morning Bailey!

Remind me again if you don't mind what kind of doctor are you?
I am Registered Nurse at the Department of Veterans Affairs. I run a podiatry clinic. I am the only one at this location that is qualified to do it. My Podiatrist works in Battle Creek and I work under her license while I'm at this location. I am listed as a Provider, which makes the other RNs here kind of catty to me. I can pretty much do what I want with my Veterans within my scope of practice, which is wider than most since my Podiatrist has granted me certain "privileges" to do more in depth stuff... .if that makes sense.

I think the mountains already had first snow.

I want to say the Smoky Mountains by us just had their first snow as well. Nothing crazy, though.

That is awesome! We have two providers here that work under a doctor we never see I believe they are both either RNs or LPNs and several nurses but everyone loves each other and gets along wonderfully for the most part. 😆

As much as I love them that’s why I have never gotten one. I know people keep chocolate chip starfish and chop off legs to feed them but that is not very nice.
