2 holes or 4?

So i am going to drill my 210, I bought 2 over flow boxes from here. glass-holes.com Nice boxes btw.

So should i drill 2 1 1/2 in holes in each box or 1 2 in hole in each box?

2 holes in each box would be nice if one got clogged but drilling could be risky with them being close.
