Ai 26 issue

I have 2 ai 26 and they were working fine, I did a 5 day black out and now when I turn them on they are not communicating.

One turns on and off randomly, and now when I go into the app, the one that turns off randomly is the only one that is talking to the app.

The other one is on but not showing in the app.

Do I need to factory reset them?

Im a plug and play kind of guy, so I get overwhelmed with this high tech stuff

Yeah, you might need to factory reset them to resolve the issue. If you have a custom lighting setup you may want to make a backup or copy of it.

One is parent- other is child. Hit reset button back on the parent OR unplug both for one minute and re-plug. Check your app also
