AI connectivity issues

    So I just set my lights up on the hanging kit and went to try and turn on both lights. Well I got one to connect (parent) but not the second one (child). I had them both working simultaneously the other day through the app but for some reason the child light is not wanting to show up in my wifi or as a child in the app. According to AI’s directions, it says the child should be blinking blue when attempting to connect but all I have is a white light and the instructions don’t indicate anything for that color. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

    un install the app, clear you browser cache, re install the app and go through the setup again. Do feel bad, I had the same issue. I contacted support and they walk me through the setup

    I did that and only one light is showing up in my WiFi still. The one light is also still showing a white color indicator.

    Have you un plugged both the lights and let them set unplugged for two minutes for a hard reset?

    Hopefully you dont have to send it in for a replacement, their customer service was horrible in my experience.

    Yea I’m still getting nothing from the one unit. It doesn’t respond or change colors when I push the button.

    Time for support before I get up really frustrated :D There was some way that takes a couple of steps and you are in business.

    Have you used the reset button on both? The lights themselves will glow blue or green, at least that's what mine did.

    EDIT: It's not the light on the back but the lights themselves

    That’s the issue. The one light I’m having trouble with is not responding with any different colors when I hold the button down.

    Ya, call tech support. I've used them and I had no issues with them.

    Just be reassured that light are not broken, it is just the setup has to happen a certain way. Please let us know the resolve so it will help others in the future and help me remember:D

    I contacted AI and they said they would swap it out for another unit. Just gotta wait for them to send me the shipping box. Luckily it was under warranty.
