Atlantik Icon, glued leds??

Hello, a few weeks ago I cleaned my atlantik icon compact. Still under warranty. I found something like "glue" (plastic like silicone) on the LED. Has anyone seen this yet? I contacted support and they said it's not possible because they don't glue anything in the process. Support also sent me to the seller, ( i domt understand why, if they have to talk again to him, not to me. which also didnt contact me yet. It doesn't cause any problems RN, but I'm afraid it might damage these LEDs (if dust is also bad for LEDs, how about some type of glue).
any helpful info please? Thank you
