I am approximately 9 days from adding fish in my newly cycled 45 gallon aquarium. I'm psyched! What type of CUC and how many do I need if I'm thinking about a spotted puffer or a Valentino Puffer in 6 months to a year?

How would a pin cushion urchin survive in a aquarium with potential lemon peel angel and smaller puffer? They're really weird but extremely fascinating. How can I pass up on an animal that wears random things?

Congratulations on the new adventure! I'll let others respond to the puffer and urchin questions. For the CUC, I encourage you to wait until there is food for them such as algae or excess food. If you were to add a CUC in the near term then you will have to supplement their food. Reef Cleaners website has a chart to suggest how many and what to add. Realize that they are selling CUC so you can reduce the amount by at least a third and still be fine.
