Hey All,
I just upgraded my light about two weeks ago and I currently have it set for the pre-program number one (timer M-1). I attached the picture of the different programs. I have a 20 gallon 18" deep tank. I just want to make sure I'm not getting too much light. Thoughts?

I'm just worried because my florida Ricordea isn't looking good and my new bubble coral hasn't opened in 3 days since I got it and it was open at the lfs.

Try setting the white max to 25 and keep blue at 100 for a couple of days that's what I do when adding new stock
