Happy Thanksgiving to you and your familyHAPPY THANKSGIVING FROM FLIPPERS REEF!
Have you checked out carbon dosing? Suppose to help increasing bacteria and lowering NO3.That's why I believe to add some bottled bacteria. Could be why my N03 is so high. I've read that some hobbyist add bacteria once a week to once a month. Kinda thought that wasn't needed, but now I'm thinking differently. Adding bacteria with some reefers helped with keeping cyano away due to competition.

Don't get me wrong, the microbiome test is way awesome and super cool, but in the end, you basically have a coral that looks like a golf umbrella, healthy fish and other corals, etc.. It seems to me personally that no reef tank would be 'typical'. It's a wicked cool analysis, though, and fun to see.
hey flipper, what bottled bacteria did you decide to dose?
The tank looks amazing. why fuss over a number? are you having issues you would like to see improved?

Stunning coral this is on wife’s lists of wanna haves for our tank If I end up with one 1/4 as nice would be well pleased
Not to mention how much calc/alk they consume! They take up sooooooo much real estate though!
