Help! Scoly growing but staying deflated

Hello

My scoly seems to be growing but its almost as if its insides cant keep up with the growth, its increases in size but doesnt inflate all the way and leaves a skirt around the edge(picture below), any ideas how to get my scoly looking healthy again? #reefsquad

Once or twice a week, yes im slowly raising my alk and calc but this has been going on for months where my alk and calk were at 9dKH and 1450ppm

Probably a typo, but your Ca should be around 400. Wondering if the lighting is too strong?

Yes that was definitly a typo haha (I hope), It could be, maybe because i have a lagoon tank and my lighting is pretty high? I tried put the scoly in a shadow of a rock but that didnt seem to do much

checked every week for months and hasnt moved any further than 1.026 and 1.027
