How much light

Hi everyone. I have 75g 48x18x18 and have Aquaticlife T5 Hybrid with Dual Current IC PRO lights. T5s are ATI 2x Blue Plus 2x Coral Plus and leds are 100% blue and red 50% 30% green. It's is 4" above waterline. What is an ideal lighting setup and possible tune for mixed frag tank SPS being at top and LPS and softies being at bottom. Need some help dialing in and no I don't have a PAR meter unfortunately.
