a gap? I will take pictures and see if that answers your question.

Thanks...maybe there isn't a gap at all..I am wondering if there is a way to get over the teeth and Into the overflow box. I have had some escape artist fish in the past. :)

just 3/4 glass and euro frame. No gap in the aquarium plus a top for the EXT box.

How do you find the quality of glass? I am Having a hard time between resea reefer/waterbox and Ext 200. This is the first 200 build I have found.

Yes. they deliver curbside. Pay the dude 40-50 dollars and he will pallet jack it into a garage. Get friend to help you. If you hire a moving company they quoted me 425 for 4 people and 45 minutes.
Easiest way to move is to get 4 people to lift onto the rent or buy two of the 4 wheel furniture dollys. and then move it around that away. Then lift to the built stand. It is really heavy and the bottom is like just short of 1" glass. 579 LBS (just the aquarium) lol.

Up on the stand and light placed. Will support the RMS bracket with a piece of spray painted angle iron to ensure it never sags (it looks like it does in the pic but it is not as bad as the pic looks). Starting on plumbing and waiting on sump from Blue Tide Acrylic. Thank you all.

good quality. I would say if you are looking at an all in one setup, red sea or waterbox (both impressive). I was going with the redsea xl 900, but don't forget the gallon is including the sump on those systems. If you are wanting to customize it then go with the IM 200 ext. Bigger tank. In the end you will pay more for the plumbing, sump, etc and tank with the IM 200 EXT but it is your idea and design. The glass is awesome on the EXT. Think low iron. Due to eurobracing you would have to use RMS or use slotted aluminum for individual arms (would require some configuring with the EXT box).
Also I like the APS stand. aluminum but does not look cheap. I like the side doors.
Also look at the tank dimensions. the IM EXT 200 is wider but not as high. I have the room wanted more floor space vice height.

Thank you. Looks like they are now offering a white stand on nuvo too, which is what I wanted. Keep the updates coming - looking forward to the build!

I didn't realize the overflow box had a cover and looks like the lid fits perfectly. They just came out with a white stand so I am sold on it!!

I have no idea how we will get it in the house and on the stand though. We won't know anyone where we are moving.

Sorry for the time but finally got all the plumbing pieces in and made my own rockscape. I will be running a second pump for the manifold that can in emergency feed the return when needed. Add an angle iron to support the RMS mount so the light is not currently on the tank. currently cycling with Dr. Tims and have on order the stuff for the refugium.
