First coral was 2 green slimer nubs for $10.
They plated out forever before going vertical.
Had to remove a rabbit fish that grazed the tips until I could remove it.

lol well I guess first I got to ask do you mind sharing what happened. next what did think made the biggest difference in the success to not have you kill all your coral?
i wasnt testing all the parameters and alkalinity dropped to around 5ish. most corals survived. then po4 went to deadly levels and wiped out a good portion of the tank. recently my temp probe broke so temp was swinging wildy and took out the rest. biggest difference is regular testing now & understanding trend of params in my tanks. i still don't test as much as i should. i also decided to not add many corals to a tank until its been running for a year

That's always a solution but i prefer to do alot of water changed to balance my elements. do you do consistent water changes

My rhodactis rock. Green corals. Daughter gave me 1 from her tank in 2016. It survived a tank crash, tank neglect . and 2 tanks. Will be going into a 3rd tank. Bottom corner. The other corals here are from 2018

Let's see some more! What was your first coral in your tank?

one of the first corals was a green rhodactis way back in my first tank. A gift from my daughter from her tank. Also older, are the green and cinnamon palys. My hubbys favorites.
