Is this bleach safe?

Recently the only bleach I can find is describing itself as, "low splash". When I use this to sterilize supplies, primarily phyto culture vessels, I'm getting a lot of suds. The ingredients list includes sodium HYDROXIDE in addition to the expected sodium hypochlorite. I normally avoid rinsing and risking recontamination so I let it air dry and then rinse with a small amt of alcohol. Is this sudsy stuff an issue?

As I have already asked why not just use pure ammonia. Our tanks are set up to deal with it if which I believe in doing is to soak it in RO and repeat. I have yet to try it have always used Clorox Original unscented for no particular reason so this is interesting

Two drawbacks to ammonia that I can think of.

1. It’s easy to neutralize bleach with various dechlorinating agents. Ammonia cannot readily be neutralized.

2. It does not remove organic deposits from equipment the way bleach does.

Thank you now I have my answer
