My foxface seems less active and has changed color in the last week. The distal part of the body is now brown/grey and used to be yellow. Now the fish won't eat the usual Nori sheets, pellets, or mysis. I soak all the food in garlic and still can't get the fish interested to eat. The foxface fish was added about 4 weeks ago after quarantine. The first 3 weeks went great with the fish being active and eating all the time. There is no other fish aggression or problems with the water parameters.

I'm concerned about parasites but I don't see anything on the outside of the foxface. All the other fish seem healthy at the moment. Any suggestions on how to get the foxface to eat?

I see what looks like white specks on every fish. Could be ick.

Thanks for response.

This was best pic I could get. The glass is dirty so it makes the spots artifact on the image. The fish do not have white spots.

Following. Have a Magnificent Foxface that I’ve had in my DT for almost a week now, and he gets stressed and changes colors almost every time we get near the tank

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
