This has happened in the space of three week. The first picture was when I added it. The second is now. It's still purple but not as rich as when I got it.

What's your water parameters?

What lighting are you using?
Calcium 420
Mg 1260
Nirate 0.2
Po4 0.025
Kh 7.8

Lighting is the led light strip that comes with the aqua reef series two. And also a aqua beam 600 Fiji blue to boost it.

It's almost inevitable that corals bought, that were under different light spectrum and intensity, will shift in color under different lights. Unfortunately.

The only water parameter that I see of yours that may be low is nitrate. With phosphate at .02, which is good, I like having nitrate around 5-10ppm.

Keep a eye on it and see if you could up your nitrate a little.

Yeah I understand. My filtration is that good that nitrate and phosphate are hard to keep up. I may have to invest in a few more fish or up feeding

Mine will pale some if my system gets phosphate limited. I have to dose it.
