I've been looking into this myself. I don't think there's a particular application for mixed reefs vs. all stony reefs. It's just going to yield a low nutrient system, and the softies will have to deal with it.

As for how to start prodibio, I've read you start w/ Biodigest and Bioptim for three applications at the suggested frequencies before starting to use Reefbooster. If that's incorrect, I'd be interested in knowing too.

Its not really a true low nutrient system IME. I have been using it since Nov.
