I have a purple stylo that was pretty neglected. It had fallen to the bottom of the tank and was covered in slime and aiptasia. I’ve began to try and nurse this tank back to health and that leads me to this question:

The bottom half of the Stylo is just skeleton, the tips look healthy and happy. Should I frag the tips and remount, or will the stylo grow back down its own skeleton?

Up to you.
As they grow, the bottom sometimes die anyway. Lack of light and flow will do this.
If it gets algae or other pest, you should do it again.
