I have a 10 gallon on my desk at work, just the basics...rock, macro algaes, one fish (Diego, the 6 line). Im sitting here talking to someone walking by my desk, when i hear a small splash noise then a plop sound. I ignore it, the powerheads make little sounds like that sometimes. Meanwhile the guy im talking to eyes bug out of his head, and shouts "YOUR FISH!!! IT JUMPED OUT!!!" I scooped it up real quick, tossed it back in and so far looks no worse for the wear.
Funny timing i would be at work for the first time the fish jumps out in almost 2 years in the tank. Good thing....
Anyways, next week if he is still here im trading him in for some odd invert to keep my eyes busy instead of this jumper. And yes, i have my 2011 desktop calender covering the tank pretty well...only a few small holes he could get out.
