SB Reef Lights Intensity

I have a 32" sBox Pro (Timer). I have a mixed tank mostly Softies and LPS with 2 SPS. Some of the corals are browning and I know lighting **could** be one of the issues. My tank is 24 inches deep and I have the light mounted at 8" above the tank.

Wonder what other sb reef light owners would recommend.

What intensity to run the blue and white channels? Is there some type of blue:white intensity ratio you should keep (ex. 2:1)? How long on each channel for the day?
