Move em up. I agree the 1 of 4 doesnt look too hot.
Id bump the salt up too to 1.025 or 26 even.
The alk stable at 8 or 9 is key. Stable. Temp flux can be stressful. What size tank? Sorry if said.

tissue loss IMO is either salinity problem, alkalinity (too high) or pest eating it; if alk was too low, it slows coral skeleton but not as much tissue growth. What are you using to test your salinity?
 
They respond to light and in turn would retract as they do at night

This is not loss but rather retraction
 
okay, do you think this is the reason, also a bunch of my other coral is closed and my parameters are all good. Does anyone knows what is happening?
the current flow in the tank has a factor, too much flow or very low flow can affect the coral, did you change the position of the affected coral to a different area

I had them close to the and bed in low ish flow and now I moved them in the middle of the tank with moderate flow
