tunze osmolator HELP ASAP! PLEASE

so i just moved from a 135 to a 180..took Tunze ATO off old set up but it in a bucket for transport..when i went to reinstall into new set up The 2 alarms are stuck on (water high alarm and Low water alarm are staying light with a high pitched beep)

tried cleaning both sensors
the box felt like some moister may have got into the box or on it (let it dry well) still same thing

called Tunze ans waiting for a call back...

any help would be great guys as i MUST get this issue fixed in the next few days as im leaving friday afternoon

sounds like a water in the smoking area problem, I guess the warranty is finished as well, try and open the box, get a spray can of wd 40 and another of computer cleaner (compressed air) wd 40 will get rid of the moisture and the compressed air will help finish the drying off, I would try to test it in a bucket not the tank just to be sure, good luck

put the controller part in a sealed bag of rice

or open it and use a hair dryer it normally work's extremly well....

both good suggestions however with salt involved it will just rewet from humidity, wd 40 will wash it out and stop any contacts from getting eaten
