Alright here is the return plumbing.

From the bulkhead is a 1" PVC pipe going into a 1" tee. From both sides of the tee are a piece of 1" PVC, a 1"-1/2" female to female reducer, a piece of 1/2" PVC then a 1/2" female slip to female thread adapter.

My plan is to switch the 1/2" out for 3/4", open the over flow box up where the loc line passes thru and set it up the same way.

I had a similar set up 1" to two 1/2" L.L. and did basically the same thing, also my lfs recommended line lock check valves which only come in 3/4" or larger

Ok, the frame for the Red Sea screen top is built. We went inside this time. Fits super flush with the rimless tank. I haven't attached the screen because I'm trying to decide on this center support. We are going with our original plan of the 36" T5 hybrid with 3 Kessil A160WEs. We're going for all the coverage.

Do you think the screen will droop any without the center? I'm thinking it will be just fine from how tight I got the one on the 35 cube.

With that much light I doubt you will see a shadow from a center support, you may not need a 3rd 160we

My 75g I have 48"x18" with 2 360's and the hybrid and I fried the tips of my frags

So long as you get the netting tight enough i think itll be fine with out the center brace. I say that having never gotten a screen quite right myself
