vodka anc Vit c

any one dosing these two at the same time? I'm still kinda skeptical to use these stuff.

i have been dosing C for a while and good things have come from it..such as better polyp extension, palys open wider and my fish had a small cut on it and healed up in like 3days..I have been dosing the vodka for the past 2weeks and I see no ill effects from it.

I'm on my second month of vodka dosing. Working well, nitrates are under 5 ppm, no phosphates, and water is clear. Each week when I've uped the dose I do get some bacteria spikes, but usually only last a day or two. Skimmer is pulling out much skimmate and I almost clean it daily. And.....the fish stay happy :)

I dose 1000mg a day Vitamin C. Total tank volume about 200g

I am dosing both on my 90g w/ 30g sump...Tank has never looked better...color is starting to come around....I do 20g water change every 2 weeks and dose 1/4 teaspoon Vit.C in the morning and 1/4 at night..I dose 1.3 ml vodka everymorning this is all I do to my tank....Only filtering is a filter sock and my Euroreef skimmer....I have not seen any bad results since I have been dosing the 2....Hope that helps...............Mike

I already said I am dosing VitC and Vodka both in my tank
I come home from work..Turn on the lights..Mix in the VitC then I squirt in the dose amount for that day of vodka...I dont understand were your question was not answered

I guess I'm the guilty party, I answered the thread and I'm only vodka dosing.

I have been dosing vodka for months. I just ordered some vit c and will begin dosing probably next week. I will be dosing both.

I had been dosing vodka and vitamin c together since 4/3 and just switched to just vitamin c. I am going to see if there is a difference. I slowly decreased the vodka and increased the vitamin c. I am going to see what difference if I just stick with the vitamin c since they are both carbon dosing but vitamin c has some added benefits that vodka doesn't.
