I have no clue what these are maybe eggs or something? They’re in my overflow

tunicates or spaghetti worms. either are harmless and can be scraped off and discarded with a plastic scraper- not metal

If your overflow is acrylic or plastic, a metal scraper is going to scratch it up.

Then you should be fine using a razor blade or like scraper.
