Can anyone explain why my bubble tip has lost its bubbles and if it’s possible for them to return? I’ve had it for around 8 months now it lost its bubbles after about 4 weeks. I think it looks healthy and hasn’t moved since it lost its bubbles.

No one knows. It's the great unknown. Lots of theories, none have been shown to be true. Some bubbles are just like that, some go away forever, some go away at night, some never form bubbles, some go away every time they're fed, some go away if the patriots win a superbowl. I wouldn't worry about it ;)

Thanks though I had done something wrong

Some people say too bright of a light (par?lumens?), it will bubble....not enough, it will open up and maximize its surface area. Similar with surface area and flow. There are lots of other potential reasons as andreway says.
