Hey guys, I'm currently toying with the idea of giving my tank blue light therapy overnight. Only once a week or every other week to see if this would stimulate faster coral growth. I also would pair this with a heavy feeding and then a 10-20% water change a day or two later.

I currently have my lights set on a timer to be off at night. I have no plans to leave my lights on at night permanently.

Any thoughts?

I see no benefit from using this “method”. You want faster growth? Kick in some warm whites or daylight spectrum. As Bpb mentioned, corals can only utilize so much light before they shut down.
