Ya no doubt on the rarity. I can’t wait to see how it grows out!I’m surprised nobody has any input. I’ve never seen it either, would be interesting to know what other corals can bounce as well. Either way cool coral, seems like it would have value as a rarity if nothing else.
Check your tanks potassium levels, I’ve had acans, lobos, and chalices show a increased level of “bouncing” in a increased potassium level. Only adverse effect of seen of it is if it pops it is readily develops a infection.
I run the original AI hydra 52s, I always assumed it was from a sting not the lights.you guys run what lighting ?. All "bouncing" are keloids, burned soft tissue , It happens under certain spectrum / lights almost like 100% guarantee , I personally dont try and make my corals burn, Nor do I buy into the bounce craze, its not optimum health I imagine.
