Bubble forming on frogspawn

I just noticed this bubble forming on my frogspawn today. Anyone know what it is/ should I be concerned?

if its in the white fleshy part most likely growing a new head. if its white and not in the fleshy part most likely a harmless pineapple sponge but hard to tell from super blue pics

looks like its forming a new tiny head. looks like there is/was a similar new head just below the bubble in the right pic
