My reef aquarium has run successfully on the Triton method for years but over the last several months the cheato has been breaking apart in small pieces and my PO4 and NO3 has been rising. My refugium went from 3/4 full to 1/8 full of cheato and still breaking apart. Has anyone else experienced this problem and have you been able to rectify it?

If your iron & iodine levels are too low chaeto will die off.

As stated above vibrant kills off chaeto pretty quickly.

My sea lettuce and nuisance algae is disappearing. Not sads to see GBA and bryopsis go, but my macro is dying off, too. Wish I had an answer

Please contact the TRITON Support Team at [email protected] and we can look into your most current water parameters and see what is happening in your aquarium.
