My trachys and cynarina would love that flow, ... not! Nice! :)
Hey dont joke, im going to be adding some more trachys to my DT once i do the rescape haha, the ones i have in there now have been fine with the high flow. Though one had a fight with my chalice that blows around the bottom and it didnt win.

Slowly started moving stuff over from the frag tank into new grow out tank. Its a slow process, removing corals off plugs and gluing onto new plugs. Checking for vermetid snails also. Trying not to introduce any into this system but i know they will be in there eventually. Kinda the reason i went with acrylic sheet instead of eggcrate. Easier to kill them.
Also added a couble of fish(not even going to try to take photo right now). Added a Scarlet Pintstripe Wrasse and Sixline Wrasse. Also moved of the Tomini which was in the tiny jail cell of a frag tank much longer than anticipated. He still just sits under the rack through, I will eventually move him into the DT and move my Kole Tank into grow out tank. Also bought some corals while i was there since i have room finally!!
First one was really stressed its almost white, has good poly extension through at night so i know its not dead. Let see how it turns out in a few months, unsure what it is, i though maybe Strawberry Shortcake when when did a side by side comparison of my other ones and its not a match.
Sorry for poor photo quality, taken on S5 Phone, 4 C+ bulbs running. Any suggestions on how to take better photos would be appreciated. It seem alot harder in this tank then my DT. Will try play around with normal camera to see if i can do better.

The progress has been slow. Finally nearly empied the small tank and start ed cutting out the DT. Arrr what a process!! Had a few fellow reefers around picking up corals. Everybody is like "why are you pulling down your tank it looks awesome" which is re assuring im doing something right!! I dont think im going to fit everything into frag tank though

Frag tank is chockas atm, had a big spike in alk since I haven't tested in a while with all the moving stuff around. Sitting at 9dkh atm so hopefully nothing gets too bothered by it.
Picked up a few pieces from a lfs during the week too. Very pale atm but hopefully will colour up. Im using the old frag tank as a quarantine tank atm, will let pieces be in for a few week before i dip them then a week more then into new frag tank. Photos are pretty horrible when taking under led. Took some par readings to, also checked my phosphate, i knew the rock would leach some P04 but its sitting at .24!! Unsure if i should just leave it or run some GFO. I could also try lanthium chrolide i guess. I was wondering why some of the stuff in frag to are a little off colour.
Here are par readings with LED on 60b 30w.

I also took at 40b 20w,

Not alot has changed, im getting some green algae growing on the rocks which is good, snails and tommini are taking care of this though. I need to get my p04 down though so i put the skimmer back online and have added some p04 resin from a local reefer. Lets hope this works!! Unchartered territory for me having p04. Never had it before. Some corals have lost colour and not alot is growing atm. Consumption is down to 100ml of ca and kh

Yeah nothing is dying so not too concerned. The other thing some of the corals went from getting 400par to 150 to 200 so that could be the reason too. Just wondering how much phos is still in the rocks. Just checked and it's down to .114 so water change dropped it a little more.

It begins!! Feels like it has taken forever to get to this point.
First lot of the coral that made the cut have been added to the display. Still tonnes in the frag tank but nothing I like enough to add to display. My big pink/red milli hasn't been glued down as I don't know if I like how it looks where it is now. Need to transfer the coral from quarantine into frag tank this weekend hopefully after 1 more dip. Now just gotta wait for things to colour back up.
