Duncans

I got some duncans last summer and they have been doing fine, numer of heads have more then doubled, but I saw some Duncans at a fish store the other day and the heads were twice the size of mine, they looked to be 1 1/2 to 2". Is this a different breed or can I do something to get those kind of results. He had his at the top of the tank and mine are on the bottom.

In my experience duncans are all the same, as far as polyp size goes. I don't know of any smaller varieties.

They should expand pretty large, as you describe.

They should do fine in both very high and lower light levels.


A good start would be your parameters.
