Just noticed this on my Favia?
its never been green in that specific part..
Anybody know what’s going on?

sorry wasn’t detailed enough, so basically the area I circled was blue tissue but it’s gone and it seems like it’s growing green glowing tissue BUT I’m not sure... I’m concerned it may be infected?

I looks like there is a Tear in the tissue. Can you see the skeleton?

it’s my first time owning a Favia I’m not sure what it would look like, see pictures I posted above

It looks like a clear membrane with the skeleton underneath. What are your parameters?

Did it fall on the sand? Any corals next to it that could have stung it? I would give it a quick dip, and put it back in.

yes, it was on the sand. No corals next to it.
