Food/Supplements

What do most of you use to feed or supplement your corals? There are so many products to choose from and I need opinions on what works and what is snake-oil. I have mostly softies and a few LPS. :ooh:

LPS gets some frozen mysis/brine/homemade food. The smaller ones get cyclopeeze. The other SPS corals get a weekly feeding of reef-roids and reef chilli.

 

[AZDesertRat]

No supplements othet than calcium, alkalinity and magnesium. For food its frozen PE Mysis, frozen Cyclopeeze and spirulina flakes.
