Do the larger bumps have the potential to be more heads or is that him just being happy and healthy? Thanks for any info/opinions. I love this place.

Did it just eat?

No I fed him yesterday.

Blastos bud off- what you should be looking for is bumps in the flesh on the skeleton, not on any polyp. Those bumps are totally normal and can come and go for seemingly no reason. My blasto developed a huge bump on the side, outside the polyp, and over a few months that developed a mouth and is now one of around 15 new heads around my blasto.
