New to these Trachy corals. Is it common for parts of it to collapse in like this?

It’s not all the time.

They occasionally deflate.
Are you feeding 2-3X per week? Assure salinity and Ph are on track. Of course Moderate light and water flow
 
Yeah. All good.
I’m more curious about the one spot that is deflated much more than the rest where I circled.
