Does anyone know what lighting schedule I should use along with the best mounting height for AP700 on my drop off tank. Pic attached to help.

Not used a PAR meter before. Wouldn’t even know which to buy or what PAR levels I’d need. I’m mostly softies and introduced 2 monti and 2 acro and a goni and an LPS hammer as want to move to these types of corals.
