My nutrients are stable. They were untested. They are still untested.

Got an mj1200 on it with a ball valve. Dialed back just a tad. A 900 is probabaly perfect.

Chaeto didnt melt on me this time but im feeding a lot to keep levels detecable and lowered the water level in the skimmer quite a bit. Seems to be working well.

I've got an mj1200 in the basement, but this is for the lil cube. It's kinda big. I'd like a D.C. 1200 but...
everything else in the tank is D.C. Save the heater right now.

Do you get particulate built up in it? All my hobs have.

A little bit but not too crazy. Considering how jammed this thing was when i cleaned it out i would have expected more. I havent run socks in probably 5 mos either.

LoL, he usually snacks in the back corner in the smaller bits when i feed so its hard to get a shot but i moved that monti cap up front so he gets a little cover and it slows the flow a tad.

He beat out that jealous snail and and fended off a hermit to keep that chunk!

My Mandy loves Reef Frenzy!! @ReefFrenzy

I was just at the lfs, they had 3, 1” spotted baby mandarin... the 3 of them almost had a fight over frozen shrimp!!! I would have purchased 2 of them (male & female) but the clerk was concerned my larger blue/green male Mandy would have fought with them... any opinions out there??

Absolutely theyd fight. You've probably seen your current male try fighting his reflection as it is.
