Mobius app unknown error

My app logged me out and i cant login. When i log in it says unknown error. Tried resetting app and even deleting. Anyone else having this issue?

Same. Mobius is garbage and the mxm module can’t come soon enough.

Server must be down...

If the server went down during feed mode it should time out by itself without server connection.

Accessing devices on the other hand.... good luck

Following up on this thread. It’s May 9 and I’m now getting “connection timeout - check your wireless connection” My internet and wifi are fine and the light is showing solid green so I know it’s connected to the network. I can’t access via the App or from an internet browser.

Is the AI network “down”?

I thought the lights retained their programming even if the Wi-Fi connection was lost?

I use ESL because I hate mobius but I thought mobius was Bluetooth only not wifi :thinking-face:
