Anyone else experiencing “authentication error” whilst ateempting to open the Mobius app? It’s been several days and I have power cycled all equipments and reset password. Also have updated the app woth the latest updates and fixes still unable to login.

This happened to me about 6 months ago. I deleted the Mobius app and reinstalled it. Its has not returned.

Actually did all that, and another power cycle for all devices and still getting the aithentication error. Deleted the app and re-downloaded. Any other suggestions for an effective fix?
