Almost done with my tank upgrade-
Had a 170 (that I inherited from a close friend and my introduction to the hobby two years ago) and I’ve been wanting to upgrade for the past year.
Finally had an opportunity for my new upgrade to a 330 gallon tank. After a few months got my tank installed and unfortunately it cracked for some unknown reason four days later. Disaster which almost let me to quit.
Aquatic Jewels - my local LFS came to the rescue by taking in my fish and corals while I get a new tank built. They have been beyond incredible.
Unfortunately, during the two months for the next new tank to be built- now a 410 gallon tank plus 100 gallon sump, most of my fish didn’t make it due to the stress.
But stayed positive (not all the time but didn’t give up), and got an amazing new tank from Thomas, local tank builder and exotic animal owner and an amazing person, who also has helped me throughout the whole process and is replacing all my lost fish. Even when I was not the nicest or the most upset. So excited to finally have the new tank running and doing amazing. By the way, it took over 14 people to bring in the new tank.

that is truly beautiful. the length is absolutely impressive.

do the top cabinets/hood provide some support, or the lip-over is only facade?

great work! team effort for sure. glad you are having a good journey through it all. congrats on that beaut.
