As title states, I recently acquired a Canon Rebel EOS T6 with an EFS 18-55mm macro lens with a amber polarized filter and haven't had much time to tinker with it but here are a few shots I've taken that I think came out okay. I'll be investing in a tripod, nicer macro, and Building an Obsession porthole ASAP, taking photos is just as addicting as collecting once you get a good lens and camera in front of you! I appreciate all pointers and advice in advance, constructive criticism only please!

Thank you for the compliments, much appreciated! I have been into aquariums as far back as I can remember but I got into reefkeeping only about 4 years ago. Still have a whole bunch to learn, which I look forward too everyday with this hobby.

Why not share some more =] These were taken with the same camera but a 100mm canon macro lens and the Building an Obsession Porthole freehand.

I wish! I'm in the middle of nowhere Nebraska. LRO gently shipped this beauty my way though =]

Ooohh! Living reef is a beautiful store! One of the best around here, they are very clean and take a lot of pride in reefing. I got excited for a minute bc I thought I'd get to see Zeus in person! Good buy! Sweet stick!

That's awesome you're able to check out their storefront! I'm definitely impressed with the Trophy Wife I would love to check out their shop sometime in person. Eventually Zeus will be everywhere, but it has a lot of growing to do! =]

Great shots and beauty full corals. Great job

Thank you very much again =]
