I am setting up my 120. I am plumbing it into my whole system. I have it filled right below the overflow. I added two bags of live sand and was just about to turn the pump on to let the tank start to drain into my main sump. I got a phone call and had to leave for a family emergence. My question is I cannot get to it till monday night. I have a heater in there and flow. Will I have problems if I connect it on monday. Will it have started to cycle and have ammonia in it. There is nothing in it but live sand. It is also being connected to 245 gallon system if that helps. Any problem you guys see?

You might even want to swap out 40-50 gallons with each system so the water is all basically the same when you tie them together... If that's something that you're able to do while you deal with your family thing...
