Prime 16HD malfunction?

I have had my Prime 16HD lights for 24 hours and now they started flickering and then went to only white lighting. No colors. I’ve been trying to see if it was something I did in my settings but everything looks normal. What is happening?

Re plug-in all the lights. Then I would first load a new program. Maybe one of those from their web site. If it still happens sounds light something is defective

I tried to un- plug and re-plug in all the lights but it didn’t help. I’m starting to think it is part of the “ramp down”.

By new program, are you referring to the AI app?

been there when i ordered the new 16hds for my tank when they first came out and dealing with ai was brutal i told my self i will never buy another ai product . i had emailed them over 40 times and i shipped back them for replacments and all is they sent me back was one and they said thats the best they could do for me lol

i gave up and sold the light and got kessils. i really liked the 16hds but the would never match for some reason
