The nitrate reactor may finally be paying off and/or changes to feeding habits are bearing results. I am trying to find one like yours. They had white when we went to the LFS the other day.
@Coolhack Thanks for stopping in and wading thru the pages. I love the idea of a puffer tank. So many fish I love not reef safe one day will set up a Fowler for a clown trigger puffers and angels. Gonna look for pics of your tank sounds awesome. If ya don’t have a thread feel free to drop a pic or two hereI have been up most of the night reading your journey with this awesome 75 gallon reef tank. It looks great. I have had aquariums for as long as I can remember, but they have all been freshwater. Until four months ago I bought a 75 gallon tank, stand, light, and two filters both rated for a 75 gallon tank. I was gonna do a reef tank because I had always loved the colors of reef tanks. Unfortunately, or depends on how you look at it because I think it's fortunate because I love them, it has turned into a puffer tank. The livestock in my tank is 3 Green Spotted Puffers, a Dogface Puffer, a Figure 8 Puffer, 2 Clowns, 1 Diamond Goby, and a Scooter Bleeny. So no reef tank for me and this 75 gallon tank. I could turn my 48 gallon bow front brackish water tank into a reef tank, but I have my Freshwater Snowflake Eel in it and I could never get rid of him.
