Thanks all I appreciate the responses! It has some color loss as you can see on the edges, and is not really puffy at all like my other scoly and it seems to have thicker feeding tenticles.. I hope it is a scoly though as it was sold to me as one......

Deffiantly a scoly now it was more puffy today here is another full light shot, as I said above if you look at the edges the colors are faded, looks like in time it will color up nicely!
